Cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all fantastic. The hotel was spotless, with well-maintained facilities. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location was also great, near all the bars and a short taxi ride to Blue Port.

Most of the guests got drunk every night and were very noisy all night long and the staff didn't do anything about it.

The hotel had a great range of drinks at the bar and the entertainment was fantastic. the rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the breathtaking views from the balcony.

One of the rooms had a very strong smell of stale tobacco upon arrival, which was unpleasant. the bathroom had a few faults, such as a shower that kept falling off the wall and a door that didn't close properly.

Rooms are too hot,air condition are not include in room price, you must pay extra 25 euro per week! Also,they work wery bad.Rooms on third floor are not sutable for people over 160 cm!

I have stayed just one night and I couldn't find anything to like.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices for a 2-week stay. The rooms are tidy and homely, providing basic amenities such as a double bed and a bath. The location is ideal, right in the center of Armutalan, close to restaurants, bars, and the beachfront.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the local state hospital where my wife was admitted the next day. The room we were given on the top floor was a twin with an adjoining room containing sofa, table and chairs and a small kitchen, and with another separate bathroom - Everythng was clean and comfortable. This apart-type hotel would be a good choice for someone wanting to self cater. Otherwise there are one or two restaurants opposite the hotel where you might also eat if you dont prefer the restaurant provided. There is a small shop and a pool also available. Many signs around the hotel are in English. The staff were helpful to us.. We were perhaps the only guests since the hotel was closing for the winter the next day and the catering staff had already left. Yet we were still happy for the welcome that we received there. If you want to go to the centre of town there is a taxı stand almost opposite or you can wait for the local minibus.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to help us. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The room we stayed in was in poor condition, with dirty floors and a strong odor of smoke. The bathroom facilities were also disappointing, with a broken shower and dirty taps.

We had an incredible time staying at this hotel. the location was perfect, away from the noisy centre but close to loads of nightlife and just a short walk down to the beach. Our room was newly refurbished and spacious, with a clean and comfortable bathroom. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided top-notch service. the breakfast was delicious, and the entertainment throughout the day was a lot of fun. Can't wait to come back next year!
